Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Showroom Sales Specialist to join our team at our location in Qesm El Maadi. This on-site role will involve welcoming clients to our showroom, understanding their furniture needs, showcasing suitable products, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the purchasing process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the showroom’s appearance, assisting with inventory management, and learning about our product details to offer tailored recommendations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in managing or working in showrooms, with a focus on providing an engaging and professional environment for clients.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a passion for building positive client relationships and addressing customer needs effectively.
• Proven ability in sales, including product demonstration, upselling, and achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge or background in interior design is an advantage, aiding in providing expert recommendations on furniture layouts and styles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to client preferences.
