Job Description
• Define the enterprise CRM architecture covering Customer 360, Golden Record, Case Management, Lead-to-Cash, and Guest Services
• Own the MS CRM solution blueprint, DFDs, ERDs, LLDs, interface catalog, and architectural governance decks
• Lead design for multi-system integration
• Enforce DevSecOps standards: GitLab CI/CD, branching, SAST/DAST, environments (Dev/SIT/UAT/Prod), rollback, monitoring
• Guide performance, scalability, API throughput, concurrency & reliability principles for CRM workloads.
• Own non-functional requirements: security, privacy, access model (RBAC), audit, monitoring, and failover strategies
• Support go-live readiness, cutover planning, RCA reviews, and environment strategy
• Coach CRM technical, functional, and integration teams.
Job Requirements
- 8-10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE architecture
- Strong experience in B2C CRM, complex case management, marketing tech stacks, and API-first architecture
- Proven experience with high-scale integrations and multi-cloud ecosystems
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, Azur Integration, identity and security
- Excellent documentation, stakeholder management and cross-vendor coordination abilities.
