ponsibilities

  • Review and analyze contract documents to ensure clarity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from inception to execution and post-award management, ensuring timely renewals and modifications when necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and records for auditing purposes and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and advice to project managers and stakeholders regarding contract obligations and risk management.
  • Prepare reports on contract performance, highlighting potential issues and recommending solutions.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to resolve disputes, claims, or compliance issues related to contracts.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the construction industry.
  • CLAC or equivalent, PMP or equivalent certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements affecting the construction sector.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to analyze complex contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with project teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills
