Role Description

We are seeking a skilled ERP Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems, a strong technical background, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for ERP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Assist clients with system setup, configuration, and training.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve system issues.
• Document and track issues, solutions, and client interactions.
