Role Description
We are seeking a skilled ERP Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems, a strong technical background, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for ERP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Assist clients with system setup, configuration, and training.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve system issues.
- Document and track issues, solutions, and client interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Analytical Skills and Customer Support experience
- Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in ERP systems support is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
