Iris Blueprint - United Arab Emirates (Remote)We are seeking a Freelance Recruiter to support our agency’s internal research efforts on a flexible, remote basis. This project-based opportunity is ideal for experienced sourcing professionals who excel at executive research and talent mapping — with a focus on specialized and leadership roles in the GCC region.You will not be required to interview candidates or contact clients. This is not a sales or business development role. Your focus is strictly on research and profile delivery.What You’ll DoConduct online research and identify potential candidatesMap talent against structured job briefs and client criteriaUse LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms to gather dataSubmit organized and well-documented profiles using our templatesCollaborate asynchronously with our internal teamWhat We’re Looking ForSolid experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or executive searchProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or similar research toolsFamiliarity with talent markets in the GCCExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to deliver high-quality sourcing work independently and on timeCompensation: This is a commission-only freelance position.You will receive AED 5,000 per candidate profile that is approved by the client and proceeds to invoicing.In addition to the AED 5,000 commission for the successfully placed candidate, we also offer AED 1,000 per candidate who had a client interview, provided the role is ultimately filled by any of our submitted candidates and the client is invoiced for that placement.Commission is paid only once the client accepts the profile and payment has been received. للتقديم الان
