Job Description

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the commercial sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Develop and manage corporate accounts and fleet customers
  • Prepare fleet offers, quotations, and proposals aligned with company strategy
  • Identify new business opportunities within the commercial vehicles sector
  • Build long-term partnerships with key clients and business stakeholders
  • Provide regular market insights, competitor analysis, and performance reports
  • Ensure full alignment with company policies, pricing, and sales processes
  • Support the team in negotiations, presentations, and field visits
  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, and aftersales teams for seamless customer experience
