Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Associate, located in New Administrative Capital, Cairo, Egypt. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and managing marketing projects. The position involves coordinating with sales teams, creating marketing materials, and supporting various marketing campaigns and initiatives..

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
• Develop and implement an integrated marketing and sales strategy (exhibitions + digital)
• Enhance CRM usage (we use Odoo)
• Generate new leads from existing and future databases
• Launch marketing campaigns (Google Ads, etc.)
• Improve coordination between marketing, maintenance, and sales operations
• Oversee content creation and video production in coordination with designers or external contractors
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and track goal achievement
• Promote our products and services during events
• Coordinate the design of promotional materials and distribute them through online and offline channels.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
• Proven experience in digital marketing and paid advertising (Google Ads)
• Strong leadership, communication skills and a results-driven personality
• Ability to manage and train cross-functional teams
• Experience in Marketing and building brand identity.
• Good presentation skills
• Experience in using Generative AI tools.
• Knowledge of transitioning from traditional to digital marketing methods
• Experience managing teams with diverse cultures and age groups
• Familiarity with the technology or industrial automation sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engine
