📍 Location: Damietta

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💼 Employment Type: Full-time


📌 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Customer Service Manager to lead our field and call center support teams, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure service quality across all branches.


📌 Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise customer service teams across branches and head office.

Monitor daily performance and identify training needs.

Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

Develop communication channels (phone & digital).

Analyze customer feedback to improve service and products.

Coordinate with Sales, Quality, and Production teams to maintain service standards.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports and monitor KPIs (complaint volume, response time, satisfaction).

Set and enforce customer service policies across branches.


📌Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent.

5+ years of experience in customer service, including 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

Preferably with experience in restaurants, confectionery, or food retail.

Strong leadership & communication skills.

Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and Word.

Presentable and able to deal with diverse customer profiles.
