Tour company based in Maadi, We offer a wide range of day tours and tour packages for groups and individual tourists.

Role Description

• Handle inbound holidays packages for groups and individuals.

• Handle tailor made requests.

• Preparing quotations and itineraries.

• Making arrangements for Ticket, transportation, accommodation, tours and activities inside Egypt.

• Interact with clients over Phone, E-mail.

• Handling invoices and issuing of vouchers.

• Dealing with customer queries and complaints and make alternative arrangements for customers who have had their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues.

• Evaluating customers’ holidays, issuing appropriate feedback form and assuring client's satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent.

• Min 1-4 years’ Experience in the field of tourism (tour operation).

• Male - Female.

• Excellent in English is a must.

• Proficiency in Computer and Microsoft office

MUST have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred:

Preferable be located in commutable distance to El Maadi, Cairo, Egypt

very good communication skills
