Description

The Senior Odoo Developer is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP applications to meet business needs. The role involves writing clean and efficient code, leading technical design, mentoring junior developers, and working closely with functional consultants to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules and applications.

· Customize existing Odoo modules to meet client requirements.

· Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs.

· Perform code reviews, optimization, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

· Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions.

· Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs.

· Lead Odoo migrations, upgrades, and deployments.

· Mentor and guide junior developers and contribute to team growth.

· Ensure proper documentation of technical solutions and development processes.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

· Strong expertise in Odoo (Community & Enterprise) development.

· Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript.

· Experience with Odoo frameworks, QWeb reports, and Odoo API integrations.

· Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap).

· Experience with Docker, Git, and version control systems.

· Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu environments and deployment processes.

· Understanding of ERP workflows: Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, etc.

Soft Skills
