Responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Support in analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
  • Develop and update job descriptions through job analysis.
  • Formulating SMART Key Performance Indicators based on the objectives and competencies to measure employees' performance accurately.
  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of performance appraisal systems.
  • Analyze performance trends and recommend improvement programs.
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA).
  • Design and deliver training programs, learning solutions, and organizational workshops.
  • Ensuring engagement is maintained and managers act in a way that involves their staff.
  • Support employee engagement surveys, action plans, and monitoring.
  • Support competency framework design and implementation.
  • Develop and deliver leadership development programs and employee development plans.
  • Coordinate succession planning, high-potential programs, and career pathing initiatives.
  • Create and update all the forms, employee handbook, workflow, and SOPs.



Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business / Human Resources.
  • 3-5 years of experience in OD and L&D.
  • Certification preferred: KPIP, CKPIP, SPHR, PHR, SHRM- HRM
  • English Proficiency: Very Good (Read, Written, and Spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ).
