Additional Hours: 2 working Saturdays per month, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a professional Manual Software Tester with hands-on experience in ERP systems (HR, Accounting, and Sales modules) and Mobile Application Testing.

The ideal candidate will be capable of designing test plans, executing functional, regression, and load tests, writing clear documentation, and identifying critical bugs that enhance product quality.

This position requires close collaboration with both technical teams and end users to ensure that every system module and mobile app delivers a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual testing on ERP modules (HR, Accounting, Sales, etc.) and mobile applications (iOS & Android).

Design and execute functional, regression, and load tests across web and mobile platforms.

Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger.

Prepare SRS (Software Requirement Specifications) and detailed User Manuals for clients and internal teams.

Write and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios aligned with business requirements.

Identify, document, and track bugs through tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

Collaborate with developers and business analysts to define user stories and ensure system requirements are met.

Work directly with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and handle feedback professionally.

Generate comprehensive test reports and ensure quality metrics are met across all releases.

Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Manual Software Tester.

Proven experience testing ERP systems (preferably HR, Accounting, or Sales modules).

Strong experience in Mobile App Testing and API Testing.

Solid understanding of the software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect management process.

Experience writing SRS documents, user manuals, and test documentation.

Familiar with load testing concepts and tools (JMeter or similar).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and technical teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
