Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Event Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events and activities to represent and promote the ELKHAWAGA brand. Daily tasks will include managing event budgets, liaising with vendors and stakeholders, troubleshooting on-site logistical issues, and ensuring successful event delivery. You'll also manage team coordination and post-event evaluations to continuously improve our event processes.

Qualifications

• Event planning, coordination, and logistics management skills
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in budget management and cost optimization
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills for on-site event troubleshooting
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and technologies is a plus
