We are hiring Contracting Manager (Tourism) with the following job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate contracts with hotels, airlines, car rental agencies, and other travel suppliers.
• Ensure favorable terms and conditions, competitive pricing, and added value for the agency’s clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, both locally and internationally.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that may arise, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team ,& operation team to ensure contracted services align with customer needs and marketing strategies.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on new products or changes to existing contracts.
• Prepare regular reports on supplier performance, pricing trends, and contract status.
• Present findings to senior management and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Manage any emergency situations with suppliers (e.g., overbooking, service failures) and find prompt solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a contracting role within the travel industry preferred in OTA
• Minimum 3 years in a Managerial Level.
• Proven track record of successful contract negotiations with suppliers.
• Strong understanding of the travel industry, including trends, pricing models, and channel manager.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
