Join our customer's team as a Devops Engineer - AI trainer and play a pivotal role at the intersection of DevOps expertise and artificial intelligence innovation. You will leverage your technical acumen and strong communication skills to guide AI training initiatives, contributing subject matter expertise in DevOps to create impactful, real-world AI solutions. This flexible, part-time remote position allows you to share your experience while shaping the next generation of intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI development teams to provide expert DevOps insights for AI training projects.
• Design, review, and refine end-to-end prompts to enhance AI model performance and accuracy.
• Participate in the full cycle of AI training, from requirement analysis to evaluation of results.
• Create documentation and feedback loops to support continuous improvement of AI training methodologies.
• Deliver both written and verbal feedback to cross-functional teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Advise on best practices for infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments within AI workflows.
• Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring fellow team members in DevOps concepts as they pertain to AI projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a passion for cutting-edge technologies.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing mentorship.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and empathy.
• Proven ability to design and iterate on full-cycle AI prompting workflows.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute innovations to AI training processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience contributing to AI or machine learning projects.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or other relevant cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation techniques in an AI context.
