Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Lawyer role located in Giza. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting, and reviewing contracts and agreements, managing legal disputes, representing the organization in legal proceedings, and ensuring compliance with local and international laws. The role will also involve conducting legal research, analyzing case law, and providing strategic guidance on risk management and regulatory matters. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in legal research, analysis, and interpretation of laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Experience in legal disputes, litigation, and resolving issues through negotiation or other legal processes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
• Bar admission and license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
