OK Human Capital is hiring an Odoo Implementer to join our dynamic team. You’ll translate business needs into working Odoo solutions—owning discovery, configuration, testing, data migration, and end-user training.

Responsibilities

  • Run discovery/workshops; gather and document business requirements and workflows.
  • Configure and implement core Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, MRP as needed).
  • Prepare and execute UAT; manage fixes and change requests.
  • Migrate/master data (partners, products, chart of accounts, opening balances).
  • Build reports/dashboards; light customizations with Odoo Studio/QWeb (if needed).
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party tools/APIs (payment, e-commerce, logistics, BI).
  • Train super users/end users; create SOPs and quick guides.
  • Track delivery (scope, timeline, risks) and provide hyper-care post go-live.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience.
  • Strong configuration skills across at least 3 core modules.
  • Solid understanding of accounting basics, inventory flows, and approvals/workflows.
  • Data migration & UAT experience; issue triage and resolution.
  • English: Very Good (B2+). Comfortable leading demos and writing documentation.
  • Bonus: basic Python/QWeb, PostgreSQL/SQL, Odoo.sh, Git, Jira/ClickUp.
  • Odoo certifications are a plus.
