The Role

We’re looking for a Compliance Audit Manager to lead and elevate our global audit programme across internal teams, suppliers, and Third-Party Manufacturers. You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest global standards of quality, safety, and regulatory excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal, supplier, and TPM audits across global markets.
• Ensure compliance with EU, FDA, China SAMR, Codex, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Drive audit readiness, oversee CAPA management, and support regulatory inspections.
• Mentor auditors and build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen quality and food safety performance.
• Develop and maintain audit standards, QTAs, and risk assessments.

Qualification and experience:

• Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, Dairy Technology, or similar.
• Strong auditing experience in infant formula, dairy, or nutritional powders.
• Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001 / FSSC 22000 / BRCGS / SQF) and PCQI.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, traceability, and global regulatory standards.
• Experience leading multi-site audits and managing CAPA processes.
