The Role

We are seeking a Head of Human Resources with a clear focus on recruitment and retention. You will build the talent pipeline that powers ASTUDIO, ensure we hire exceptional people across creative and production departments, and implement programs that help our teams thrive long term.

This role requires a hands on recruiter, a strategic thinker, and a culture builder—someone who understands the urgency, pace, and standards of a luxury creative agency.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

Own end to end recruitment for all roles in creative, production, digital, operations, and leadership

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines locally and internationally

Design hiring processes that are fast, selective, and aligned with ASTUDIO’s standards

Create recruitment campaigns, partnerships, and sourcing strategies

Manage HR systems, databases, and candidate tracking

Retention and Culture

Develop retention programs that keep top performers engaged and growing

Implement clear performance review cycles and career development pathways

Strengthen company culture with initiatives that boost engagement and motivation

Advise leadership on people decisions, team structure, and succession planning

Support managers with coaching, conflict resolution, and team performance

HR Operations

Oversee onboarding, contracts, policies, and compliance

Ensure alignment with UAE labor law, DMCC requirements, and company standards

Maintain updated SOPs and HR documentation

Coordinate with Finance on payroll, benefits, and compensation frameworks

Requirements

Seven to ten years of HR experience with strong focus on recruitment and retention

Proven success hiring in creative, production, media, or fast paced agency environments

Strong understanding of UAE labor law, visa processes, and DMCC compliance

Ability to build long term talent strategies while executing daily recruitment needs

Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and strong judgment

Experience building culture, running engagement programs, and managing performance cycles
