EgyCham is a leading HR Consultancy Company, specialized in 3 scopes of business (Training, Consultation and Recruitment) with +15 years of experience in 3 Countries. We are looking for PMO for one of our clients in the Real Estate Development industry, located in 5th Settlement.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site PMO role located in 5th Settlement. The Project Management Officer will be responsible for overseeing project governance, tracking project performance, and ensuring all strategic initiatives are executed in alignment with organizational goals. The role involves monitoring project plans, evaluating KPIs, preparing performance reports, supporting risk and issue management, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, transparency, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven work experience in Project Management field from 10 to 15 years
• Previous experience within the Real Estate industries is a must
• PMP Certification is a must
• Experience in Program Management and Project Portfolio Management
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
• 5th Settlement or nearby residences are preferred.
