Job Responsibilities:

• Direct foreign sales and service outlets of an organization: Negotiates contracts with foreign sales and distribution centers to establish outlets.
• Direct clerical staff in expediting export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections.
• Arrange shipping details, such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing, shipping, and routing of product.
• Direct clerical and technical staff in preparation of foreign language sales manuals.
• Expedite import-export arrangements and maintains current information on import-export tariffs, licenses, and restrictions.
• Ensure adherence to country specific importation legislation.
• Work with the Supply Chain and Operations team to deliver the most effective distribution channel from supplier to customer.
• Work with Marketing to develop appropriate marketing materials for an international audience.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business, commerce…etc)
• 4 - 6 Years of Experience.
• FMCG background is MUST.
