Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in New Cairo. The Call Center Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer support and maintaining professional communication while following company guidelines and procedures to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service Representative experience and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Support abilities
  • Proficient in Computer Literacy and comfortable navigating various software
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role is preferred
