Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for an Insurance Agent. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, meeting with prospective policyholders, and analyzing their insurance needs. Responsibilities include promoting insurance policies, educating clients on various coverage options, handling policy renewals, and maintaining client records. Additionally, the Insurance Agent will work to build lasting relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service to address inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and understanding of Insurance policies
• Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and Finance concepts
• Strong Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to maintain and grow long-term client relationships
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Certification in insurance or related qualifications is a plus
