Job Responsibilities :
Deliver impactful product demos & POCs
✅ Engage with clients to understand their IT needs
✅ Map solutions using ManageEngine tools (OpManager, ServiceDesk Plus, ADManager Plus, etc.)
✅ Support sales teams with technical proposals and compliance-aligned architecture
✅ Conduct workshops, webinars & presales presentations
✅ Stay updated on ITSM, ITOM, IAM, SIEM, and compliance (NCA, ISO, HIPAA
