Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven ERP Sales Executive / Account Manager to lead our Field sales engagements, drive new business opportunities, and expand our regional customers base network. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise software sales, excellent presentation skills, and a proven ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

 

  • Develop and close opportunities with new accounts
  • Lead our products and service offering in sales engagement
  • Generate leads, Identify and qualify prospects
  • Develop proposals, respond to Request for Proposals (RFP's) and conduct face-to-face sales presentations for prospective customers
  • Engage with Product Management to provide feedback on customer reaction to products
  • Gather market information including competitor activity, and report to management/product line
  • Provide solutions orientation to the customers and a strong ability to understand customer requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with prospective accounts.
  • Develop and close opportunities with new customers across assigned markets.
  • Lead end-to-end sales engagements, promoting our internationally recognized ERP products and service offerings.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and clearly articulate product value to customers.

 

Proposal & Presentation Management

  • Develop high-quality proposals and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Assist regional marketing and sales teams in creating use-case materials based on closed accounts.

 

Market & Product Collaboration

  • Engage with Product Management teams to communicate customer feedback and product improvement insights.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, to management.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are well understood and aligned with solutions offered.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software sales.
  • Strong ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into solution proposals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience in leads qualifications
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
  • Good Communication and Problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused approach in all activities.
  • Previous sales experience selling Enterprise software Solutions preferably ERPs
  • Able to work with Enterprise accounts and class A customers
  • Knowledge of ERP and business applications
