Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, performing field service operations, providing technical support, and conducting preventative maintenance and repair on clients’ industrial air compressor systems. The role involves working directly with clients to ensure their equipment operates efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with air compressor systems
• Experience in field service operations and on-site equipment management
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Proficiency in providing technical support and conducting maintenance & repair
• Background in engineering or a related technical discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety protocols
• Experience with oil-injected, oil-free screw, or centrifugal compressors
