Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Management Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The specialist will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts, identifying new opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and analyzing account data to improve performance. The role will also involve strategizing and implementing plans to meet customer needs and support business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Key Account Management, Account Management, and Key Account Development
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate account performance and identify opportunities
- Expertise in customer service and relationship-building
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and on-site team environment
- Experience in the tourism or entertainment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Flaunt in English is must.
