Proposal Management:
Lead the full proposal process from receipt of inquiry to submission, ensuring compliance with client specifications and deadlines.
Technical and Commercial Preparation:
Develop technical documentation, cost estimates, pricing structures, and commercial content for proposals, ensuring alignment with company capabilities and profitability goals.
Coordination and Collaboration:
Liaise with internal departments (engineering, procurement, project management, finance, legal) and external partners to gather necessary input for proposal development.
Client Engagement:
Participate in pre-bid meetings, clarification sessions, and negotiations with clients to ensure understanding of project scope and requirements.
Risk & Compliance Analysis:
Identify commercial and technical risks in tenders, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Strategic Input:
Provide feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitor strategies to enhance the company’s bidding approach.
Documentation & Process Improvement:
Maintain proposal templates, develop best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives in proposal development processes.
Mentoring:
Guide and train junior engineers and proposal coordinators, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
