We're seeking a dedicated Marketing Assistant to expand our influencer network and drive our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and connecting with influencers who align with our brand values while managing relationships throughout the campaign process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source influencers on Instagram, TikTok & emerging platforms
• Send outreach, onboard creators & align them to campaign goals
• Manage briefs, scripts & video assets for timely delivery
• Track engagement metrics and optimize performance
• Maintain regular influencer communications
• Update the database and compile concise campaign reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital communications
• High-volume sourcing and outreach capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Notion, Excel/Sheets & CRMs
• Detail-oriented multitasker with an analytical mindset
