Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Travel Consultant, located in Egypt. The Sales Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning, organizing, and booking their travel arrangements, providing personalized recommendations and solutions that cater to their needs. Key responsibilities include consulting on travel options, managing reservations, coordinating itineraries, and delivering high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience with Travel Arrangements and coordinating detailed travel itineraries
• Strong skills in Customer Service and resolving client inquiries effectively
• Knowledge of Reservations systems and processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients efficiently
• Previous experience in the tourism or travel industry is highly advantageous
