ey Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll for all employees
- Ensure timely and accurate salary payments in compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain and update employee data related to attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with the Finance and HR departments to ensure proper documentation and approvals
- Generate payroll reports and support internal/external audits
- Stay updated with payroll regulations and tax laws
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with payroll systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
