ey Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll for all employees
  • Ensure timely and accurate salary payments in compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain and update employee data related to attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions
  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with the Finance and HR departments to ensure proper documentation and approvals
  • Generate payroll reports and support internal/external audits
  • Stay updated with payroll regulations and tax laws

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with payroll systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
