Are you a passionate Growth Leader dedicated to converting data into global results?
At MAXIFY, we are set to disrupt the Financial intermediation sector, and we are on the verge of a crucial international expansion phase.
We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Marketing Director to lead this growth. The ideal candidate will have the capacity to build the entire marketing division from scratch, design a fully integrated MarTech ecosystem, and drive performance-based growth across over 6 global markets. Overall Job Objective
To spearhead MAXIFY's global growth by developing and executing an integrated, Data-Driven marketing vision, building and managing a professional global team, and ensuring precise execution of marketing strategies across all international markets.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Strategic Management
- Build & Establish: Establish the entire Marketing division from the ground up, including organizational structure, talent acquisition, and setting up global operational mechanisms.
- Lead and guide a global marketing team to accurately achieve the company's vision.
- Develop a clear marketing vision and translate it into actionable, executable operational plans.
- Direct marketing expansion into approximately 6 global countries, overseeing advertising campaigns and marketing relations in each nation.
- Ensure full integration and effective collaboration between the following teams: Marketing – Sales – Product – CRM to guarantee unified objectives.
- Manage a team of at least 10 members, hired strategically based on a roadmap developed by the Director.
2. Data-Driven Growth & Growth Hacking
- Mastery of Growth Hacking methodologies through A/B and Multivariate testing and experimenting with new acquisition channels.
- Manage and optimize all stages of the AARRR Funnel: Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Revenue – Referral.
- Deep data analysis using leading tools such as: GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Tableau.
- Optimize Conversion Rates (CRO) by improving performance across: Websites, Landing Pages, Email Marketing, and Targeted Messaging.
3. Marketing Technology & Systems (MarTech)
- Design and operate an integrated MarTech stack including: CRM – Marketing Automation – CDP – Tracking Systems.
- Build effective user-behavior-based growth automation channels.
- Ensure data integrity, tracking quality, and the accuracy of marketing performance measurement.
4. Performance & Budget Management
- Plan and manage significant marketing budgets, justifying expenditure based on actual Return on Investment (ROI).
- Lead advertising campaigns through all stages: Planning – Execution – Optimization – Analysis – International Scaling.
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and review their implementation weekly and monthly with the team.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in performance-based marketing, with at least 3 years in a direct leadership role (Director Level).
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and directing diverse teams and ensuring correct execution of the vision on an international scale.
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English (required for international team communication).
- Skills: Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present results to senior management.
