Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mentor position located in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home options available. The Mentor will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback on academic, professional, or personal growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing mentoring plans tailored to individual mentee needs, facilitating learning sessions, tracking mentees' progress, and providing motivational support. The Mentor will also help mentees set goals, solve challenges, and access additional resources to succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills
• Effective communication and active listening abilities
• High level of empathy, patience, and adaptability
• Problem-solving, goal-setting, and time management skills
• Experience in mentoring or teaching is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in using technology for remote collaboration
• Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage
