The Operation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities of the school to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained learning environment. The role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate between departments including maintenance, cleaning, security, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaners, Matrons, and drivers.
• Ensure all school facilities are clean, safe, and ready for daily use.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper usage of cleaning materials.
• Supervise school buses and coordinate transportation schedules to ensure punctuality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on operations and staff performance.
• Provide guidance and training to support staff to maintain high operational standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or operational role (preferably in an educational field
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
