Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.
This full-time, on-site role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth in the local market. This role focuses on strategies planning, event organization, channel marketing, and public relations, working closely with both local and HQ teams to ensure cohesive marketing execution across all touchpoints.
Job Functions
- Marketing Strategy & Planning – Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, channel sell-out, and new product launches.
- Social Media Management – Manage MSI’s local social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and publishing localized content to engage audiences.
- Event Organizing – Plan, organize, and execute offline events such as retail activations, trade shows, and channel events.
- Public Relations – Develop and maintain strong relationships with local IT, gaming, and lifestyle influencers, media, and key opinion leaders for collaboration and coverage.
- Channel Marketing – Coordinate with channel and retail partners on A+ content creation, marketing activities, and in-store promotions.
- Production Management – Manage external suppliers and contractors for production-related materials including printing, translation, and logistics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Product, and HQ Marketing to ensure alignment in all communication and brand messaging.
- Market Analysis – Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and campaign effectiveness to refine future marketing strategies.
- Project management - Manage various projects depending on assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer electronics or IT/gaming industry.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Passion for gaming and technology is a plus.
