Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Specialist located in New Cairo. The Operations Specialist will oversee and streamline daily operations, manage projects to optimize workflows, and ensure efficient coordination between departments. Responsibilities include analyzing operational data, implementing process improvements, liaising with sales teams, and ensuring smooth execution of operational strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes, data, and operational performance
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders effectively
• 2-5 Years of experience in Operations
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management to optimize workflows and drive results
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
