2- Responsible for possessing all the company’s products’ knowledge to be able to present them to customers.

3- Responsible for presenting the company’s products and make outdoor visits.

4- Ensuring receiving all customer documents before entering the finance files to concerned departments for assessment.

5- Responsible for keeping an excellent relation with the company’s customers.

6- Responsible for solving any customer complaints

7- Responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with real estate brokers & developers and corporates in addition to growing new ones

8- Prepares regular reports of the target achievement to be presented to the team leader.

9- Provides feedback to team leader regarding the generated leads.

10- Responsible for recording company’s leads on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

11- Responsible for recording Finance applications properly on Mortgage System.

12- Responsible for reporting to direct manager any communication regarding finance cases with other departments which are involved in the process of booking finance files (Credit, Legal, Operations, Finance) and after-booking (Collection).
