Key Responsibilities:

• Guide AI model development by providing subject matter expertise on hedge fund operations, trade lifecycle, and risk management.
• Translate complex financial processes—including reconciliation, NAV calculation, and settlements—into structured workflows for AI learning.
• Curate, annotate, and review financial datasets to improve AI accuracy and relevance.
• Identify and document operational risk scenarios and compliance protocols for AI integration.
• Collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and project managers to align AI outputs with real-world trading requirements.
• Continuously monitor model performance and suggest enhancements based on evolving industry standards.
• Deliver clear, insightful written and verbal feedback to cross-functional teams to foster ongoing learning and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in hedge fund operations, fund administration, trade lifecycle management, reconciliation, NAV, and settlement processes.
• Proven track record at well-recognized hedge funds or financial institutions.
• Exceptional quantitative analysis and risk management abilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in operational risk, compliance, and middle office procedures.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and documentation.
• Passion for improving and training AI systems within complex financial contexts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications, such as CFA, FRM, or CAIA.
• Experience supporting AI model training or data projects in a financial environme
