ole Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer. The Corporate Lawyer will handle corporate legal matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, advising on corporate governance, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves drafting legal opinions, managing legal disputes, and liaising with clients to meet their business and legal needs effectively. The Corporate Lawyer will also support arbitration and investment dispute cases as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian corporate, labor, intellectual property, and regulatory laws.
• Proven experience in corporate governance, compliance, contracts, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in drafting legal opinions and managing investment disputes.
• Analytical thinking and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English & Arabic is highly advantageous.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory. Must be licensed to practice law in Egypt.
