Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Proposal Specialist. The Proposal Specialist will be responsible for managing the proposal development process, including writing, reviewing, and editing proposals in response to RFPs. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, maintaining proposal templates, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring compliance with client specifications. The Proposal Specialist will also organize timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Proposal Management, Proposal Writing, and responding to RFPs
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Project Management abilities to manage schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure high-quality and compliant submissions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of the oil, gas, or energy sectors is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
