Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shuwaikh for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible to support the creation of visually engaging design for various projects, ensuring alignment with brand alignment with brand identity and design standards. Collaborate with the design team to generate concepts, execute design tasks, and contribute to development of marketing materials, projects or products.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and visually appealing layouts
• Experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings to deliver precise and executable designs
• Knowledge in FF&E selection, including finishes, fixtures, and equipment
• Strong communication and client interaction skills to understand and translate client needs
• Attention to detail and an ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Expertise in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar programs)
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Graphic design, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in kitchen - door - windows design or similar residential projects is a plus

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement design strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design requirements and project scopes.

Provide creative direction and guidance to design teams, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity.

Set the vision for design projects and define the visual style.

Plan and manage design projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Provide constructive feedback to design teams and collaborate on design improvements.

Review design work to ensure it meets quality and aesthetic standards.
