About the Role:
As an F&B Quality Control Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining food safety and quality standards across our F&B operations. You’ll ensure that all food products are received, stored, handled, and transported according to established standards keeping our commitment to quality at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular audits of F&B warehouses and vendor facilities to ensure compliance with food safety procedures and quality standards.
Review product expiry dates, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Develop and implement Food Safety and HACCP prerequisite documentation.
Create quality control procedures for food production, storage, and delivery.
Define cleaning and maintenance procedures for kitchen equipment and chemical usage.
Deliver technical training sessions to kitchen staff on food safety and quality practices.
Prepare corrective action reports and monitor follow-up implementation.
Stay informed on market trends and recommend new quality control technologies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in F&B Operations, with at least 1 year in Quality Control or inspection.
Certifications:
HACCP/HABC certification (preferred)
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; strong reporting and documentation skills.
Language: Fluency in English.
