Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Projects Engineer, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Projects Engineer will oversee the planning, execution, and management of engineering projects, ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and budget compliance. Responsibilities include project engineering, procurement coordination, technical reviews, resource allocation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role will also involve mentoring junior engineers and maintaining adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Engineering, including overseeing technical deliverables and ensuring design accuracy.
• Proficiency in Project Management and Project Planning to execute tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Solid background in Electrical Engineering with knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or related field); a Master’s degree is an asset.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in EPC projects within the energy sector.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
