Art Director

Full-time | On-site | Zahraa Al-Maadi, Cairo

About the Role:

At Mounagi, we believe that visual storytelling isn't decoration, it's persuasion, precision, and power. We’re looking for an Art Director who brings not only taste and skill, but also vision and leadership. You’ll lead the design process across campaigns, translating strategy into compelling visuals that move people and move markets.

What You’ll Do:

· Lead visual development for creative campaigns across digital, print, and video.

· Concept and collaborate with copywriters and strategists to deliver big ideas.

· Supervise designers and external vendors to ensure visual consistency.

· Push creative boundaries using modern design tools and AI platforms.

· Stay on top of visual trends, from typography to motion graphics.

What We’re Looking For:

· Degree in Art, Graphic Design, or Visual Communication.

· 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a creative or advertising agency.

· Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and strong familiarity with AI tools

· A portfolio that blends concept with execution; bold, smart, and fresh.

· Ability to lead, inspire, and communicate your vision clearly.
