Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tourism Specialist located in Heliopolis. The Tourism Specialist will be responsible for planning and organizing travel and tourism services, assisting customers with travel-related inquiries, coordinating travel bookings and itineraries, and promoting tourism packages. The role may also involve collaboration with marketing to attract clients and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the travel process.

• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Knowledge and expertise in Travel & Tourism, including industry trends and regulations.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to deliver exceptional travel experiences and address client needs.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to promote tourism services and attract clients.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle bookings and itineraries efficiently.
• Proficiency in relevant travel software or booking platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
