Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Baristas to join our opening team. You’ll be at the heart of the LÜLU’S experience, crafting exceptional coffee, engaging with guests, and ensuring every cup reflects our brand’s quality and care.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of espresso-based beverages and brewing methods
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Previous experience in specialty or premium cafés preferred
• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and guest experience
