About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on Marketing & Sales Executive who can blend creative marketing thinking with sharp sales execution.

You’ll manage Squad 101’s marketing performance, content coordination and lead generation while also closing both individual and corporate sales.

This is a full on-site role, you’ll be the operational heartbeat between management, our marketing agency, and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Acquisition:

• Follow up on daily inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone — convert qualified leads into bookings.
• Conduct B2B sales: identify corporate prospects, schedule and lead presentations for team-wellness programs, and close partnership deals.
• Represent Squad 101 in client meetings, wellness fairs, and presentations.
• Maintain structured CRM follow-ups and prepare weekly sales + marketing performance reports.

Marketing & Brand Execution:

• Coordinate with our marketing agency on content calendars, ad campaigns, photoshoots, and performance reports.
• Plan and brief creative ideas for reels, posts, and campaigns that align with Squad 101’s brand tone.
• Track ad performance and optimize targeting with agency support.
• Monitor competitors and generate monthly marketing analytics reports.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in marketing or premium sales (gyms, hotels, clinics, real estate, or wellness).
• Strong Arabic & English communication and presentation skills.
• Confident in leading B2B meetings and creating marketing briefs.
• Lives within 45 minutes of Sheikh Zayed / 6 October City — on-site presence is mandatory.
• Passion for health, wellness, and self-improvement.

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 EGP.
• 4%-5%-6% tiers commission scheme on total monthly sales revenue.

Days Off:

• 8 credited days per month + Eid El Fitr & Eid Al Adha Days off credit.
