We’re Hiring: Client Success Specialist (Revenue Management Focus)

Are you passionate about driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships?

We’re looking for a Client Success Specialist with hands-on revenue management experience ideally with PriceLabs or similar dynamic pricing tools to help our clients optimise performance and achieve consistent results.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and support client accounts, ensuring top-notch service and strong retention.
• Oversee revenue performance, using tools like PriceLabs to analyse pricing and demand trends.
• Collaborate with the operations and finance teams to maximise occupancy and ADR.
• Identify up-sell opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, proactive, responsive, and results-oriented.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Revenue Management.
• Strong knowledge of PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond Pricing, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset, confident in interpreting data and presenting insights.
• A proactive problem solver with a “client-first” approach.
