*Key Responsibilities*

• Manage and maintain accurate student records (enrollment, attendance, academic 

status, graduation projects, etc.). 

• Support students in administrative processes such as registration, withdrawals, and 

transfers. 

• Handle and resolve student concerns, escalating issues when needed. 

• Collaborate with technical teams to solve any technical issue and students needs 

• Prepare regular reports related to student progress, performance, and services. 


*Qualifications & Requirements*

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. 

• Prior experience in student services, academic administration, or a similar role 

(preferred). 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. 

• Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills. 

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• High attention to detail and accuracy. 

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. 

• Team player with a collaborative spirit.
