About the Role

elandia is seeking a highly skilled Backend Python Developer to strengthen our remote development team. You will design, build, and secure backend systems that power scalable digital logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Python (Flask)

Diagnose and debug production issues efficiently

Manage repositories and workflows with GitHub

Ensure robust backend security and authentication

Work with network protocols (TCP/UDP) for service communication

Design and manage data persistence with MongoDB

Requirements

Proven experience in backend Python development

Strong knowledge of Flask and RESTful APIs

Familiarity with AI prompt engineering principles

Proficient with Git and collaborative version control

Understanding of network layer fundamentals (TCP/UDP)

Experience with MongoDB and document-based data models

Commitment to clean, testable, and secure code
